Eero Teerikorpi, founding partner, brings over 15 years of business development
and sales management experience in high tech companies. Before founding Blue
White Venture, Eero was President of Capslock Inc, a Finland/USA-based mobile
infrastructure company, and before that VP of Business Dev. and a board member
at Esker S.A., a French software company with a strong US presence. Prior to
Esker, Eero was President and CEO of a Silicon Valley software company, Alcom,
where he led a management buy-out. Alcom subsequently was successfully acquired
by Esker in 1999.

Petri Virsunen, founding partner, brings over 17 years of sales and
marketing experience in Silicon Valley. Prior to founding Blue White
Venture, Petri was VP Marketing at Capslock, a wireless platform and
security company. Prior to Capslock, Petri worked as an independent
marketing consultant for Silicon Valley companies. Petri was a co-owner and
VP Sales & Marketing at Alcom, a fax server company. He was responsible for
marketing and selling fax server solutions to F1000 companies and for
establishing channel sales in over 25 countries worldwide.

Kaija Pöysti, partner, brings over 14 years of successful entrepreneurial
experience. In 1983, she established software localization company Trantex and
grew it from a one-person company to over 200 employees and sales of $10
million. She also founded Bitwit, a training and new media design company with
over 20 employees and $2 million in sales. In 1997, Trantex was acquired by to
L&H, and Kaija became a partner in IT Venture Development, a private VC fund.
She also participated in various national programs on information society, and
served in the board of the Finnish Broadcasting Corporation (YLE).

Kimmo Kaitala, partner, has over 20 years of technology industry and consulting experience. Prior to joining Blue White Venture, he was VP, Product and Service Operations at First Hop. Before First Hop, Kimmo held various R&D, marketing, program management and general management positions in Nokia Networks, the last one being General Manager, Intelligent Service Node Business. He has hands-on experience in building and running global multiproduct businesses in wireless communications as well as sales, marketing, professional services, product, program and R&D management.

Juhani Pääkkönen, partner, has over 14 years of successful entrepreneurial
experience, and an international management career. He has a strong experience
in running multicultural operations and turning around companies. He ran Trantex
as its CEO, growing it into a leading software localization company in Europe.
After the sale of Trantex in 1997, Juhani became the Managing Director of Mendez
Germany. In 1999, Juhani was invited to become the Senior Director of Mendez USA
in Boston, MA, in order to speed up the growth of US operations.

Sam Weintraub, partner, brings 25 years of sales management experience in
high tech companies. He has held management positions with industry leaders
like Hewlett-Packard, Netscape Communications and Canon. Before joining Blue
White Venture, Sam founded SW Consulting Ltd. building a successful track
record of increasing revenues and international experience for Finnish
high-tech companies targeting international markets. Previously, Sam was VP
of Sales at Mirasys, where he more than quadrupled the revenues. Prior to
Mirasys, Sam was Director of Int'l Channel Sales at F-Secure, where he built
a global partner network that spanned close to 100 countries and opened 6
subsidiaries. During his tenure at F-Secure, the revenues increased in 5
years from 1.5 M€ to 40M€ and led to the most successful IPO in Finland
to-date.
